Wrestling

     Boys and girls of Peoria Heights High! Our wrestling team has been working hard since practice started on November 7th. It has been a scramble trying to make weight classes and get the incoming wrestlers ready for a new competition. There are thirteen guys: Seniors Alex Haynes, Justin Jones, Juniors Ian Hopkins, Jesse Lynch, Skyler Lutes, Austin Shinn, and Isaac Johnston, Sophomore Nate Richey, and Freshmen Austin Wilson, Nick Benedict, Tre’Veon Carrigan, Tanner Oliver, and Brian Voorhees on our team coached by Mr. John Smith. Be sure to go out and support the team when they go to face Havana High School November 22 at 5:30 PM.
